Netherlands Visa Requirement

BUSINESS VISA

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.
Visa application form sign as per the passport,
Declaration sign as per the passport,
Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.
Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail .
Copy of Invitation letter from invitee in detail and Invitee ID Copy
Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years
Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
Updated Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months with stamp and signature in all the pages
Updated Company Bank Statement of last 6 months with stamp and signature in all the pages
Salary Slips for last 6 months with stamp and signature
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Return Air ticket.
Company registration copy (Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).
Vaccine Certificate link by passport no and if completed 9 month of 2nd dose then required booster certificated

TOURIST VISA

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank
Two colour new photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.
Covering letter from pax on company letter head with company round stamp on it. if passenger is going other schengen country required interal ticket copy.
If working then covering letter on plain letter & Original Leave letter from Indian company with stamp and signature
Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tk
Updated Personal & Company bank statement copy for last 06 months of passenger with stamp & signature in all the pages.
If working Salary Slips for last 6 months with stamp and signature
Personal & Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Return Air ticket
COMPANY REGISTRATION / GST / MOA / PARTNERSHIP DEED

BIOMETRIC

As part of the Worldwide introduction of VIS effective 02 November 2015, Indian citizens applying a Schengen visa will have to appear in person in order to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photography). The other procedure remains the same as usual and there is no change in the Visa Fee & the Visa application form etc.

The subsequent application to a Schengen Countries (after the first application effective 02 Nov 2015) for next 5 years, need not appear in person for biometric./ Nevertheless it has to be underlined that in case of reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the applicant, the consulate shall collect again fingerprints within the 5 year period specified above. The Database of all Biometric (photos & finger print) will be store for 5 years only.

How the system will work, will be inform us later. Like we have to submit first and the VFS will give us the appointment or we have to take appointment from their web site

There are certain exemptions as follows:

Children under 12
Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments (with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.
