BUSINESS VISA

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.

Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail .
Copy of Invitation letter from invitee in detail and Invitee ID Copy
Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years
Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
Updated Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months with stamp and signature in all the pages
Updated Company Bank Statement of last 6 months with stamp and signature in all the pages
Salary Slips for last 6 months with stamp and signature
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Return Air ticket.
Company registration copy (Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).
Vaccine Certificate link by passport no.

TOURIST VISA

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank
Two colour new photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.
Covering letter from pax on company letter head with company round stamp on it.

Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tk
Updated Personal & Company bank statement copy for last 06 months of passenger with stamp & signature in all the pages.
If working Salary Slips for last 6 months with stamp and signature
Personal & Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below

VISIT VISA

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return
Swiss schengen visa application form duly filled and signed by the pax,
Original declaration form, Original authorization form, Original Covering letter from applicant addressing to Swiss consulate Mumbai with whole travel and relation details with sponsor (If self employed it should be on company letter head
02 Colour photo as per specification 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face should be seen with dark colour cloth and the photograph should be on good quality paper (Scanned photo will not do, passenger should give clicked photograph only).
Original leave letter from company on company’s letter head (If working)
Invitation letter from sponsor with whole details of relation with pax and travel,
Passport copy of sponsor 1st and last page, Residence permit card copy of sponsor
Invitee Personal updated Bank statement for last 6 months with bank name and applicant name with bank seal and sign on every pages and page should be A4 size only,
Invitee Salary Slip For last 06 month with original company seal on every pages.
Tkt as per invitation letter,
Overseas medical policy as per tkt
Personal updated bank statement for last 6 months with bank name and applicant name with seal and sign
Copy of personal I.T. returns for last three years
Copy of qualification certificate.

WORK PERMIT VISA

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return
03 Original Swiss ‘D’ visa application form duly filled and signed by the pax as per passport
03 Original Declaration form with signed by the pax as per passport,
Original 03 complementary page with signed by the pax as per passport (Swiss ‘C’ visa application form 05 page called complementary page).
03 Original authorization form,

DEPENDENT VISA

Original passport valid atleast for 06 months,
03 Original Swiss ‘D’ visa application form duly filled and signed by the pax as per passport
03 Original Declaration form with signed by the pax as per passport,
Original 03 complementary page with signed by the pax as per passport (Swiss ‘C’ visa application form 05 page called complementary page).

Original marriage certificate of pax with home department from issued place and M.e.a from Delhi. (If Wife),
Original birth certificate of pax with home department from issued place and M.e.a from Delhi. (If Child),
